What is there not to like?! Great, central location (5 minutes max on the Luas, maybe 15 to walk to Grafton Street), lovely period house and tastefully decorated rooms, kind and super-attentive staff, fantastic breakfast and all that at an - for Dublin - amazing price.

Honestly? I have zero complaints.

Breakfast was fantastic! Good location and cute building

Parking was a bit expensive and inconvenient (understandable with location downtown though). Room was a bit small and we had to haul our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs

Good location, easy to get into city, bus stop back to airport close by. Beds really comfy, attentive helpful staff, good filling breakfast.

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Wunderschönes Ambiente im Frühstücksraum. Ausgezeichnetes serviertes Frühstück. Wunderschönes Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten. Freundliche Verabschiedung mit Tee am Nachmittag.

The quality and attention to detail of the design and layout throughout the hotel was excellent. The customer service was top quality as was the breakfast. To top it all - great value and location.

The staff was really top-notch. Everyone was nice and friendly and made our stay very comfortable. The breakfasts were good and the room was jus as described.
