The breakfast was exceptional, we were able to drop our bags off before our check-in time, and our room was upgraded. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

The stay was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The location is brilliant. The street is quiet compared to other streets in the area. The breakfast was delicious. Most importantly, the service was top class, second to none. They couldn’t help enough at every turn. I needed documentation printed (a lot of pages) and it was done without fuss by the front of house staff. Best money I ever spent on a hotel in Ireland.

A lot of stairs, it was not an issue for me but would be difficult for elderly people.

What a find this gorgeous little hotel was! A comfortable and calm home from home. My room was beautifully decorated - very small but so well designed that it didn’t feel cramped. The staff were lovely - friendly and professional. The bed had a new mattress and was very comfortable. For a city centre location, the place was incredibly quiet. So I had great sleeps. I even had an espresso-maker and hairdryer in the room, which was an added luxury. The hairdryer drawer makes a very loud slam so a little padding on the inside might be helpful. There was a lovely menu for breakfast but with some tiny, easy to prep, easy to store, additions (vegan sausages and scrambled tofu) it could be made vegan-friendly

A few hooks could be placed on the wall to the left of the pole so that clothes hangers could be hung against the wall. At the moment, hanging your clothes on the pole causes them to block the mirror.

Very nice stay and the place had character. Close walking distance to most everything. Staff were nice and helpful. Food was very good as well.
